Let’s see… I swear I could be a vegetarian, but I need to have my occasional In N Out burger, animal-style. Okay, maybe not a vegetarian. I love the color red. I never thought I’d drive a minivan, but now I do and I love it. I love music and art. I love love love traveling, especially to developing countries. It humbles me by reminding me that so many things in my life are nonessentials. I love watching reality shows. I was never big on sweets, but after meeting my husband, the biggest ice cream lover I know, I became addicted to Ben & Jerry’s Pistachio Pistachio and Baskin Robbins Jamoca Almond Fudge. I am a thrill-seeker. I’ve gone skydiving, bungee jumping, zip-lining in a Cloud Forest, SCUBA diving in caves at night, and fishing for piranhas while surrounded by hungry alligators. I love nature. I feel good about myself when I help people. I love to paint and take photographs. I feel honored to win awards for my artwork. I got serious about photography in the early ‘90s. And I looooove kids. That’s how my business started. It was a natural progression of just doing what I love.

I feel fortunate to have a business that I enjoy while also being able to spend quality time with my funny monkeys, Melia and Ian. Hearing my children’s laughter and seeing their faces light up when they see me is what inspires me to be a better person, parent and role model.
