This South Bay Lifestyle Family Photography session right before Thanksgiving made me pensive. I have THE BEST clients in the World (obvi!) I was reminded how much I love my business, watching my clients' children grow up, being in nature, and laughing til my stomach hurts!

I thought so much about this while processing the images that I wrote a poem. 🙂 Enjoy!

In the bright November sunlight,

where laughter lands like leaves,

I'm grateful for the little things

that twirl beneath our sleeves--

ree

For friendships that stay steady

when the days feel heavy-pressed,

And family who can spark a laugh

with antics at their goofy best.

ree

For the warmth in every snapshot,

sunlit smiles that never fade,

For the moments small but golden

in the memories we've made.

ree

For the breeze that stirs the treetops,

for the earth beneath our feet,

For finding joy in tiny sparks

that make this life so sweet

ree

This Thanksgiving, I'm grateful

for the magic in the small--

The love, the light, the laughter

woven softly through it all.

ree

Wishing you all a safe and warm holiday season where there is a sprinkle of magic and flurry of surprise (only the good kind)! xoxo, annie
