Nature Walk

When you have spare time with nothing to do, are feeling joyful or blue, or need an activity for your photoshoo-, just turn to John Muir who famously said: "In every walk with nature, one receives far more than one seeks." (haha, I had to rhyme!)

In nature, I am reminded to breathe deeply and that I am a small part of a larger world, which usually puts things into perspective.

With Emily and Danny's family last weekend, we met in the South Bay for a walk around a ranch, pond, and mountains with rattlesnake and mountain lion warning signs! Thankfully the eventful part of the walk was seeing D's soccer tricks and not spotting slithering creatures -- phew!
