When two people meet in a running club at school, their lives together are destined to include navigating the twists and turns of life with zeal and exploring the World on foot.
So Ella and Donald's engagement shoot had a hiking theme, and their wedding was held in a beautiful garden that overlooked the East Bay hills. Fortunately for them, that was their own backyard!
Everything about this wedding represented what is important to Ella and Donald, which is spending quality time with their loved ones, eating delectable international cuisine, and involving their family and friends -- from Donny's good friend officiating the ceremony to Ella's now sister-in-law doing her hair and makeup.
The mood was a perfect balance of casual sophistication and joyfulness. And I was honored to be a small part of their big day.
